What We Offer

We know that our prices offer good value for money:
- EPC £55 excl vat. The EPC can be made available within 48 hours of inspection.
- HIP code compliant HIP (including EPC) £260 excl vat. The pack should be available approximately 10 working days from commissioning it (dependant on the local searches, which are reliant on the local council)
